We enjoyed staying in this hotel, it was comfortable modern and stunningly beautiful. The location was particularly good and magnificent because it was really close to the railway station, Ella Rock, and whole Sri Lanka.

Really friendly and affable staff and AMAZING accommodation. Spotless and budget room and a mini-bar, an iron, and coffee and tea making facilities inside. Location not far from the town center as well as restaurants and pubs. Also, on the first glance everything seemed perfect.

The staff were super friendly and amicable. The location was unbeatable, close to the center of town, making it an easy walk there. The double room had a comfortable bed, and I had a good sleep. The proximity to bars/restaurants, the 9 arches bridge, and the train station was convenient.

I had a really nice stay at this place with my family for 2 nights; the staff was fairly friendly and greeted me warmly.

I loved double room with balconies.

The place was fairly clean with a lovely design and very, very nice and polite staff. The location was marvellous, for example, Ella Spice Garden was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. You could walk to supermarkets and shops.

The room was spacious, clean, and had a nice balcony, the WiFi was excellent, and the location was fantastic, close to local amenities and the town center in a beautiful area.

I recently stayed at the White House in Ella for 2 days and had a fantastic time. The location of the hotel is ideal, just a short distance from the high street. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast options were excellent, with a great variety to choose from. The room itself was comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as good plugs, soaps, and a hair dryer. The cozy bed with two types of pillows was a nice touch. The housekeepers were kind and generous, and their children were adorable. I highly recommend this charming hotel.

The atmosphere here is quiet and our double room had a balcony, and the staff - both at reception and elsewhere - were excellent.

Convenient location near town and train station. Walking distance to popular attractions. Helpful staff and beautiful decor. Fast WiFi and excellent breakfast.
